Course Overview
In this FS8 Trainer course, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to deliver an FS8 session effectively and safely. You will be exposed to different training principles that use elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training, becoming proficient in demonstrating and explaining key exercises with proper form and technique.
You will learn the skills needed to modify exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and address individual needs, and better understand the importance of being able to use strong communication and motivational skills to engage and inspire your clients.
Additionally, being well-versed in the FS8 philosophy and methodology will ensure consistency and quality in your instruction, helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a balanced and holistic manner.
